U.S. Marine Cpl. Dallas Combs, a combat engineer with Marine Wing Support Squadron 171, Marine Aircraft Group 12, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, places explosive ordnance during a demolitions range conducted as a part of Exercise Outlaw Wrath 24 at Combined Arms Training Center Camp Fuji, Japan, Sept. 16, 2024. The purpose of this range was for the Marines to hone their skills and learn more about the effects of various demolitions charges. The exercise took place to provide MWSS-171 with the opportunity to train for expeditionary airfield support missions and maintain readiness in supporting Marine Corps and joint aviation elements throughout the Indo-Pacific.
