DoDEA Europe officially launched its Universal Prekindergarten (UPK) program this past week with over 1,200 students enrolled, expanding early childhood education opportunities across 29 elementary schools in Germany, Italy, Bahrain, Turkey, Netherlands, Spain, England and Belgium.
