CHEVIÈRES, France – A Nieuport 28 flown by Paul Sauce, a local pilot, soars over the village of Chevières during the reinterment procession of Capt. Hamilton Coolidge, Sept. 15, 2024. The reinterment was part of ongoing efforts to honor World War I heroes and recognize the service of U.S. military personnel. Coolidge flew the same plane model in World War I.
