Staff Sgt. Cinthia Ramirez from 1st Battalion, 12th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division poses on the range tower during the M2A3 Bradley Fighting Vehicle Gunnery Table IV at Ft. Ramirez is the battalion's master gunner and is responsible for advising commanders and being a part of the planning, development, execution, and evaluation of all combat and gunnery-related training. In 2022, she became the first female active-duty soldier to graduate from the Master Gunner Course at Fort Moore, GA.
