Pfc. Jason Radley receives his first Army Achievement on Jan. 29 while assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company of the Directorate of Mobilization and Deployment at Fort Bliss. Maj. Gray, DoMaD HHC commander, presents Radley with the medal for displaying personal resolve and unwavering commitment to the soldier’s creed possibly saving the life of a fellow who allegedly over-medicated and was under the influence of alcohol.
