Chief Makoa of Traditions Hawaii shakes hands with Royal Netherlands Navy Adm. Rob Bauer, Chair of the Military Committee for NATO, while performing a fire dance at the welcoming reception for the 26th annual Indo-Pacific Chiefs of Defense conference, in Kona, Hawaii, Sept. 18.
