Retired Maj. Gen. Emett R. Titshaw and Maj. Gen. John D. Haas, Adjutant General for the Florida National Guard, unveil an official placard during a ceremony at Saint Augustine, Fla., Sept. 13, 2024. The historic St. Francis Barracks Parade Field was renamed in honor of Titshaw and his contributions to the guard throughout his decades of service. Emmett R.
