Vice Adm. Dion English, the director of Logistics for the Joint Staff, took some time to virtually visit the NAVSUP FLC Sigonella Leadership Off-Site Conference today. The admiral joined the conference via Teams to give his perspective on the importance of FLC Sigonella and the support it provides throughout its area of operations. He also emphasized the importance of leaning forward and leaving the status quo behind. His perspective includes a personal experience as a former commander of FLC Sigonella. The off-site conference brought leaders of FLC Sigonella and its sites together in an effort to identify shortcomings and determine command priorities for the next year.
