A CENTAM SMOKE participant sprays water at a target, overseen by U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Hector Nevarez, a volunteer translator assigned to the Army Forces Battalion, Joint Task Force-Bravo, as part of the firefighter’s challenge course during exercise CENTAM SMOKE 24-2 at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, Sept. 16, 2024. JTF-Bravo’s 612th Air Base Squadron’s firefighters are training 38 firefighters from Honduras, Guatemala, Jamaica, Colombia, El Salvador and Belize, with 110 JTF-Bravo personnel supporting this bi-annual exercise.
