Blaine Willoughby, a cryptologic linguist operator analyst with 3d Radio Battalion (RADBN), III Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group, inspects his surroundings while patrolling during small unit training as a part of exercise Corvus Tide 24 at Marine Corps Training Area Bellows, Hawaii, Sept. 15, 2024.
