A tomb guard from the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) supports a Public Wreath-Laying Ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia, Sept. 20, 2024. The wreath was laid by Joint Civilian Orientation Conference (JCOC) alumni. Established in 1948, JCOC is a Secretary of Defense-sponsored outreach program that enables American business and community leaders to have a full immersive experience with the military.
