Cryptologic Technician (Collection) 1st Class Justin A. Duty, a chief petty officer (CPO) selectee, attends Teaching to the Creed training as part of CPO initiation season at Commander, U.S. 3rd Fleet at Naval Base Point Loma, Sept. 24, 2024.
