Soldiers sample various kinds of Hispanic food at the conclusion of the National Hispanic Heritage Month observance Monday, Sept. 23, 2024, at the Petroleum & Water Department Auditorium on Fort Gregg-Adams. The 23rd Quartermaster Brigade hosted the event in honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month, which is recognized annually from Sept. 15 - Oct. 15, to highlight Hispanic heritage and the impact Hispanic people have had on the United States.
