PATUXENT RIVER, Maryland (Sept. 12, 2024) – Steve Vance, NAS Patuxent River energy manager, explains clinic infrastructure to Dr. Ariel Michelman-Ribeiro, Dr. Michelle LaDuca, and Dawn Thomas of the Center for Naval Analyses during a tour of NAS Patuxent River. The Center for Naval Analyses visited NAS Patuxent River for a concept development conference to develop a cyber incident response and recovery plan for Fleet Readiness Centers. The office of Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Installations and Logistics (OPNAV N4) chose NAS Patuxent River as the installation from which template plans can be made for other installations Navy-wide.
