PORT HUENEME, Calif (Sept. 26, 2024) Sailors assigned to Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), participate in Bells Across America for Fallen Service Members Ceremony, onboard the Seabee Chapel, Port Hueneme, Sept. 26. This ceremony is held annually to recognize and honor Sailors who have fallen within the last 12 months and their families left behind. NBVC is a strategically located Naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
