HONOLULU (September 27, 2024) - Chief Fire Controlman Daniel Delgado and Chief Fire Controlman Robin Phillips were promoted during cruiser USS Antietam’s (CG 54) final Chiefs pinning ceremony. Commanding Officer Capt. Victor J. Garza charges each to be the chief that is there for his Sailors, getting them to excel, learn, and do their jobs well, and the chief that sees in their division officer a future captain, and gets them there.
