Joseph Budd, a Montford Point Marine, during a ceremony at the Ray Jordan Center, Springfield Massachusetts, Sept. 28th, 2024.The ceremony recognizes Cpl. Budd’s remarkable contributions, sacrifices, and steadfast commitment to our nation.
