A Military and Funeral Honors team carries the flag-draped coffin of Illinois Army National Guard Pfc. Harry Jerele to the awaiting hearse at O'Hare International Airport Oct. 1. Jerele was a World War II Prisoner of War who died in captivity in 1943. DPAA announced in December his remains had been identified. He will be laid to rest at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood Oct. 4 with full military honors.
