Calvin Stigall, a student with the ground supply school, recited Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s ‘I Have a Dream Speech’ at the opening ceremony for African-American History Month aboard Camp Johnson Feb. 1. King’s march on Washington, D.C., where the speech was given, is a benchmark for social reform and the end to discrimination in the United States in the 1960s.
