Juan Carlos “JC” Uribe, commanding officer, Naval Supply Systems Center (NAVSUP) Business Systems Center (BSC), provides remarks during a food-tasting event at NAVSUP BSC in honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month (NHHM). Each year, the Navy recognizes NHHM from September 15 to October 15. This year’s theme, “Pioneers of Change: Shaping the Future Together,” embodies the innovative and resilient spirit of the Hispanic community and highlights the unity that has been instrumental in forging a path for future generations.
