The Coast Guard is scheduled to issue a temporary restriction of recreational and commercial vessel movements during the Swim the Loop and Mott’s Channel Sprint swimming events Sunday from 9 a.m. to noon, in the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) and around Harbor Island near Wrightsville Beach.
