Newly graduated U.S. Marine Corps drill instructors with class 4-24 prepare to be dismissed during their graduation ceremony at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, California, Sept. 25, 2024. For the past 11 weeks the newly graduated drill instructors enhanced their leadership qualities, command presence, instructional ability, physical fitness and knowledge of selected officers and staff noncommissioned officers in order to successfully perform the duties of a drill instructor.
