In partnership with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) team is expected to distribute more than 140 semi-trucks of essential supplies to impacted communities across the region. After Hurricane Helene made landfall as a Category 4 storm on the Florida Gulf Coast on September 26, 2024, the DLA Distribution Expeditionary, or DDXX, team quickly mobilized to provide critical logistical support.
