U.S. Army Maj. Aleks Restrepo, assigned to the 486th Civil Affairs Battalion, and a Czech Republic soldier go over the training plan following a briefing for the Powerful Word exercise at Libavá Military Training Area, Czech Republic, Oct. 3, 2024. Task Force PEGASUS members are taking part in this exercise. This unit has control of infantry, armored, aviation, artillery, and logistics units across Poland and the Baltic Region, further deterring aggression against NATO member states and training with multinational forces to build readiness and strengthen interoperability.
