U.S. Air National Guard Airmen assigned to the 119th Cyber Operations Squadron at Mcghee-Tyson Air National Guard Base depart with equipment to Unicoi County, Tennessee for a joint operation at Mcghee-Tyson ANG Base, Oct. 6, 2024. The equipment includes a Joint Incident Site Communications Capability(JISCC) that provides commercial internet and radio interoperability for high frequency(HF), very-high frequency(VHF) and ultra-high frequency(UHF) communication to first responders in support of relief efforts caused by Hurricane Helene.
