Ten soldiers of HHC, 18th CSSB, and Bravo Company, 427th BSB, a participated and in the a Germany marksmen training called, Schutzenschnur, which is directly tranlated as “rifleman’s rope”. The Schutzenschnur is awarded in three levels, bronze, silver, and gold. All ten participants of the 18th CSSB earned the gold schutzenshnur. The soldiers that participated include (left to right) Spc. Angel Montanez, Sgt. Benjamin Krystaf, Sgt. Benjamin Mayer, Sgt. Canille Warde, Spc. Brandon McMullen, Spc. Isaac Adams, Sgt. Matthew Skilling, Pfc. Simeon Taylor, Pfc. Troy Harriott, and Pfc. Stephanie Luis.
