Firefighters with Marine Corps Installations Pacific Fire and Emergency services help each other put on personal protective equipment to enter a hazardous building during Constant Vigilance 24 on Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 3, 2024. The annual drill was conducted to demonstrate the readiness and capabilities of various installations and first responders in the event of an emergency. Exercise Constant Vigilance serves as a Force Protection Condition and crisis response evaluation to validate regional antiterrorism plans and policies, ensuring Marines are prepared for a wide range of contingencies.
