    Zach Haddix, a civil engineer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District’s Water Quality & Water Control Division, leads a public stakeholder meeting, Sept. 17, 2024, in Jamestown, North Dakota, on the Sustainable Rivers Program opportunities available at Pipestem Dam and Lake, and along the James River. The meeting included presentations pertaining to Pipestem Dam operations and history, as well as basin information.
