    118th Wing, Tennessee Air National Guard

    U.S. Air National Guard Master Sgt. Matt Webster with the 134th Civil Engineer Squadron uses an excavator to dig out debris and move it to a position where it can get picked up by a skid steer in Elizabethton, Tennessee, on Oct. 7, 2024.
