Soldiers improve Sadr City area security

Multi-National Division - Baghdad Soldiers from Company A, 64th Brigade Support Battalion, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, on board transportation vehicles, roll out from the barrier yard next to Joint Security Station Sadr City loaded with concrete barriers, also known as "T-Walls," May 3 during an effort to improve security in the surroundings of the southern portion of the Sadr City district of Baghdad. Soldiers are helping improve the security here by transporting the barriers along the roads. Soldiers from other units emplace the barriers while the Mountaineer Soldiers provided security. During one mission, more than 90 barriers were set in place, which will help protect Iraqi citizens, Iraqi security forces and MND-B Soldiers along the way from small-arms fire, improvised-explosive device and rocket attacks.
