Security Forces specialists assigned to the 148th Fighter Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard conduct security sweeps at a simulated forward operating site at Camp Ripley Training Center, Little Falls, Minn., on Aug. 19, 2024. The exercise allowed personnel to practice mounted/convoy operations, area reconnaissance, set up security operations, and establish priorities of work at a new location. 46 security forces specialists traveled to Camp Ripley to conduct their annual training which emphasized mission planning, troop leading procedures, perimeter security, reconnaissance, medical evacuation, casualty evacuation, and leadership development.
