U.S. Soldiers with Engineer Troop, 4th Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, use a mechanical-arm attached to a Mine Protected Clearance Vehicle to uncover an improvised explosive device Feb. 20, 2013, at Gafenwoehr Training Area in Grafenwoehr, Bavaria, Germany.
