Kevin Doherty, a critical care nurse assigned to the 932nd Forward Resuscitative Surgical Detachment, rapidly loads a litter onto a military vehicle in preparation for a mock mobile surgical ward at North Fort Cavazos, Texas, October 21, 2024. The unit is given a limited amount of time to pack, transport, and set up their mock mobile surgical ward in support of their collective training exercise, as they prepare for their upcoming deployment.
