Jennifer Cirricione speaks during the monthly meeting of the Franklin County Disabled American Veterans, Chapter 71, Oct. 15, 2024, at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post in Estill Springs, Tenn. Cirricione provided information on the history of AEDC and fielded questions regarding base access, future space utilization and base tour availability for retirees.
