PEARL CITY, Hawaii (Sept. 20, 2024) Members of the Hawaii State Emergency Response Commission listen as Sherri Eng, foreground, executive director, Navy Closure Task Force-Red Hill (NCTF-RH), presents information regarding the status of NCTF-RH’s mission to close the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility (RHBFSF) during a meeting in Pearl City, Hawaii on Sept. 20, 2024.
