Capt. Juan Carlos “JC” Uribe, commanding officer, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Business Systems Center (BSC), speaks with Omar Castro, supply management specialist for Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk’s Consumable Asset Reutilization Program, during a visit to the Hampton Roads area of operation. The visit served as an opportunity for Uribe to meet with NAVSUP BSC personnel and mission partners serving in the area. Positioned regionally to sustain support globally, NAVSUP BSC Regional Support Sites are strategically located at fleet concentration areas to maintain NAVSUP systems for ships ashore and at sea.
