Marcy Morlock, Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) San Diego and Naval Medical Center San Diego’s (NMCSD) executive officer, speaks to the leadership team during an executive planning conference at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar Officer’s Club.
