Navy Medicine Readiness Training Command Bremerton Second Class Petty Officer Association held a volunteer event, Nov. 2, 2024, at Ivy Green Cemetery in Bremerton [Washington] to spruce up the hallowed grounds and place flags for those fallen military men and women, including John H. Nibbe, Civil War hero interred there. Ivy Green is also the site of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, commemorating those fallen military men and women veterans lost over the years.
