(Oct. 23, 2024) Aviation Machinist's Mate 2nd Class (Air Warfare) (AD2(AW)) Michael Estrada, assigned to Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 83, repaints an A-4 Skyhawk at Ellyson Park, U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Md. Named in honor of Theodore “Spuds” Ellyson, Class of 1905 and the first U.S. Navy aviator, Ellyson Park is dedicated to preserving historic naval aircraft for educational and commemorative purposes.
