Acting Under Secretary of the Navy Tom Mancinelli and Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility Commander Capt. Ryan McCrillis tour the shipyard and view the dry dock 5 construction project Oct. 17, 2024. Mancinelli traveled to the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility to meet with military, government and community leaders, as well as allies and partners to discuss the importance of a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
