The 58th Special Operation Wing conducted aerial deliveries at their new Howard Drop Zone near the Albuquerque airport, Double Eagle II, Oct. 30. The Howard Drop Zone is named after Master Sgt. Mona-Lynn Howard who was the first female loadmaster for the MC-130 aircraft and spent many years as an instructor at the 58th SOW.
