Eisenhower (CVN 69) Nov. 5. Navy, Carrier Planning Activity, and Naval Sea Systems Command leaders are working to increase waterborne maintenance to improve ship readiness. USFFC is responsible for manning, training, equipping, and providing combat-ready forces forward to numbered fleets and combatant commanders around the globe.
