The U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence held its annual Instructor of the Year awards ceremony at Fitch Auditorium at Fort Huachuca, Arizona Nov. 7, 2024. Sgt. 1st Class Michael B. Summers, Noncommissioned Officer Academy small group leader, was selected as the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence Instructor of the Year for 2024. Summers has been an instructor at the NCO Academy since July 5, 2022. The 2nd place selectee was Andrew M. Stoltzman, 309th Military Intelligence Battalion 35M committee. Stoltzman has served as a Training Instructor for the 35M10 course for more than two years as an Army Civilian professional and for 13 years as a contract military instructor.
