Marina Mitchell, a travel specialist with the Jacksonville District works in the Jacksonville Emergency Operations Center to provide deployed personnel with travel instructions for Hurricane Milton. Milton made landfall Oct. 9, near Siesta Key, Florida, as a Category 3 hurricane with winds of 120 mph.
