Marc Williams, deputy commander, Navy Closure Task Force-Red Hill (NCTF-RH), speaks with the Honorable Deborah Rosenblum​, Acting Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment during a site visit to the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility (RHBFSF) in Halawa, Hawaii on Oct. 29, 2024.
