Dennis Ward assumes responsibility as the Pennsylvania Air National Guard’s 11th State Command Chief during a ceremony officiated by Pennsylvania’s Deputy Adjutant General-Air, Maj. Gen. Terrence L. Koudelka, in the Hartranft Conference Room here Nov. 7, 2024. During the ceremony, Ward’s wife Alaina presented him with his new rank insignia.
