U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Courtney Casella (center), an enlisted accessions recruiter assigned to the 311th Recruiting Squadron, shares her Air Force experience during All-Star Leadership Day, Nov. 6, 2024. Approximately 500 high school student leaders from 33 different schools and two local Reserve Officer Training Corps detachments attended the total force event at the 171st Air Refueling Wing near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
