NORTH SEA (Nov. 7, 2024) Sailors, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Stout (DDG 55), heave a line during a replenishment-at-sea (RAS) with the USNS Arctic (T-AOE-8), Nov. 7.
