(Patch Barracks, Stuttgart, Germany - 11 Nov 24) U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. James R. Kriesel, director of U.S. European Command exercises and assessments directorate, talks with German Bundeswehr representative Obersleutnant Dirk Koreng prior to the start of the U.S. Army Garrison-Stuttgart Veterans Day Ceremony. Kriesel served as the guest speaker, praising the veterans of all services and "our NATO Allies and European partners." Koreng later placed a wreath in the front of the Patch Barracks Chapel in honor of those who have served.
