U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 374th Airlift Wing watch a performance from 1 Degree of Separation, the resiliency day headliner performing at the Taiyo Community Center at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Nov. 7, 2024. During the resiliency day, Airmen were reminded of the importance of strength, the ability to bounce back from hard times and team-building. The headliners also discussed five open-ended questions for Airmen to discuss with their wingmen when going through a rough time. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Jarrett Smith)
